SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all over India. The cost you pay is full and final.  We are the genies who ensure your product reaches you with no extra cost and trouble. We use India post so please budget in the time it may take to reach you. 

 

If you are in a hurry, let us know and we can courier the box, but charges of courier would be additionally borne by you. 

If you are in Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon boxes an gifts can be dispatched urgently too via uber or wefast but the charges would be additionally borne by you.

RETURNS

No return or exchanges of the book/ product. We will share the picture of the books being sent and only once you agree will be dispatch. 

However if the pack arrives damaged to you, please share a photo of the within 24 hours of receiving it on sangeetavarma@bookastar.org and we will get in touch with you.

CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, we would not be able to cancel it. However our endeavour is that post receiving the box, you would be glad of not having the cancellation policy.
